Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Dressify ("the app", "we"). By using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What the app does

Dressify uses artificial intelligence to create previews on your photos: trying on clothes, hairstyles and hair colors, style looks, portrait photos, removing objects, enhancing photos and removing backgrounds. Results are illustrations. They may differ from how a garment, haircut or color looks in real life, and they are not professional advice.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.

3. Your photos and content

You keep all rights to the photos you add. You give us permission to process them only as needed to create the results you ask for. How photos are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

You promise that:

• the photos show you, or people who have given you permission;
• you will not upload photos of children;
• you will not use the app to create sexual, nude, hateful, violent, deceptive or unlawful images, or images meant to harass or impersonate someone;
• you will not try to remove clothing from a person in a photo;
• you have the right to use any garment or reference photo you add.

Requests that break these rules may be refused, and we may block access for repeated misuse.

4. Results

You may use the images you create for personal purposes. Results are generated by AI and carry an invisible watermark that identifies them as AI-generated; do not present them as real photographs in a way that misleads others. Because of how AI works, results may be inaccurate or similar to results created by other users.

5. Free try and subscriptions

New users get one free creation. Further use requires a Dressify Pro subscription.

• Subscriptions are offered weekly and yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• The yearly plan may include a free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
• Payment is taken from your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

6. Fair use

Pro is meant for personal use. To keep the service available for everyone, we apply technical limits against automated or excessive use and may slow down or pause requests that exceed them.

7. Availability

We try to keep the app working, but it depends on third-party services and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. Features and ready-made styles can change at any time.

8. Our rights

The app, its design and its software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, or access its services by any means other than the app.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

11. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will show the new version in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept it.
